METHOD FOR SCREENING MULTIPLE SINGLE NUCLEOTIDE POLYMORPHISMS ASSOCIATED WITH SUSCEPTIBILITY OF SPECIFIC DISEASE OR DRUG

A method for screening multiple single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNP) associated with susceptibility of a specific disease or drug is provided to predict the susceptibility of specific disease or drug response, so that the appropriate therapy is performed and therapeutic efficiency is improved. The method for screening multiple single nucleotide polymorphisms associated with susceptibility of a specific disease or drug comprises the steps of: (a) selecting at least one single SNP in each of the nucleotide sequences of a case group and a control group; (b) generating all combinable genotype patterns of multiple SNPs containing two or more of single SNP selected from the at least one selected single SNP of step(a); (c) extracting the frequency of the case group and control group for each genotype pattern; and (d) screening and selecting the genotype pattern having statistical significance to the case group by using the frequency, wherein the case group has susceptibility of the specific disease or drug.
