An air-conditioner for using a thermal storage is provided to circulate a thermal storage substance located at an inner part of a thermal storage tank to an indoor unit by having a water inlet path and a water exhaust path at a thermal storage unit. In an air-conditioner for using a thermal storage, an outdoor heat exchanger(120) generates a heat exchange. An outdoor unit(100) has a compressor(110) pressing a refrigerant. An indoor unit(400) has an indoor heat exchanger(420) generating the heat exchange. A thermal storage exchanger(320) generates the heat exchange. A thermal storage unit(300) stores a thermal storage substance storing energy. And, a function unit(200) controls a flow of the refrigerant according to a driving condition.
