PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress an attenuation of the light which is reflected at the light guide to minimize the gap of the amounts of the light generated at a central part and a peripheral part of an image sensor. SOLUTION: The light guide 31 is provided on a light-sensitive element 20 of a CCD image sensor 12. A light reflective layer 32 for reflecting the incident light and guiding it to the light-sensitive element 20 is provided to the light guide 31. An incident angle of the light of a subject to the CCD image sensor 12 becomes an appropriate angle by the light guide 31 and an imaging lens. A principal ray of the incident light coming into the light guide 31 arrives in the light-sensitive element 20 through single reflection or without reflection at the light guide 31.
