Provided in the present invention are a WIFI hotspot accessing method and device. The method comprises: acquiring, by a first device having accessed to a wireless fidelity (WIFI) hotspot, locally stored authentication information used to access the WIFI hotspot; transmitting, by the first device, a message carrying the authentication information to a second device waiting to access the WIFI hotspot. The present invention addresses a problem in the related art pertaining to a camera module required for acquisition of authentication information used to access to a WIFI hotspot by a device waiting to access the WIFI hotspot, and simplifies the procedure of accessing a WIFI hotspot. |
