PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately specify an operation place in a program in which a trouble may be occurred. SOLUTION: A time difference operation module detection part 24 extracts a variable to be updated by a plurality of tasks having respectively different operation periods out of variables to be used in common among a plurality of modules and determines a program description place of a module using the extracted variable as a description place of a computer program in which a trouble may be generated.
