摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-frequency incision tool for endoscopes which can safely perform protrusion without damaging the mucosa surface when a leading edge is pushed out to the interior of the body from the treatment tool guide pipe conduit of the endoscope, further mechanically and certainly extends a mucosa and a muscular layer in the case of mucosa peeling treatment, and can safely carry out high frequency incision for only a part in which incision is required. <P>SOLUTION: The incision tool includes a sheath 11 put in and out of the treatment tool guide pipe conduit 2 of the endoscope 1; an operation part 30 connected with the back end of the sheath 11; a pair of electrode blades 14A and 14B, which are arranged in the leading edge location of the sheath 11 toward the front in parallel and operate so as to open and close toward the front by remote control from the operation part 30; and a surface part 19, in which a projected area when seeing from the front is wider than a cross sectional area near the leading edges of the electrode blades 14A and 14B, formed in the final limit forward portion of at least one of the electrode blades 14A and 14B.
