Cooking system

The cooking system comprises a cooking muffle (10a) for cooking and a food support (12a) for horizontal and direction retaining on a food support holder (14a). A deep extension of the food support has maximum 80% of depth of the cooking muffle in an operative condition. The deep extension corresponds maximum to a fraction of the depth of the cooking muffle. The fractional part is formed by a core value of a natural number larger than one. Another food support (20a) is provided which is suitable to the food support in the cooking muffle. An independent claim is included for a method for cooking with a cooking system.
