Provided is a fundamental technology for inexpensively and safely inducing a large amount of human organ cells. Provided are cells that are induced after differentiating pluripotent stem cells and then subculturing the cells at least once. Said cells: comprise the undifferentiated (pluripotent) cell markers NANOG, OCT4, MYC and LIN28A, which are negative, the endoderm cell markers CXCR4, CER1, HHEX and GATA4, which are negative, the gut endoderm cell markers CDX2 and HOXB9, which are positive, the mesenchymal cell marker brachyury (T), which is negative, and the pancreatic cell marker PDX1, which is negative; and can be differentiated into at least liver cells, pancreatic cells and intestinal cells. Further provided are methods for producing and amplifying the cells, a method for producing organ cells using the abovementioned cells, and a method for creating a working cell bank for freezing and storing the abovementioned cells and producing organ cells. |
