FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to ophthalmology, and can be used for prediction of effectiveness of laser reconstruction zone non-penetrating antiglaucomatous surgery (AGS). One performs UBM (ultrasound biomicroscopy) of surgery zone with determination of acoustic density (AD) of outflow tract structures. AD is expressed in percentage of sclera AD in intact area, adopted as 100 %. Determined AD TDM, TDM thickness and its width are measured, free from iris root, in mm, TDM contact length is measured with iris root. Measuring height of intrascleral cavity (ISC), in mm. Presence of hypoechoic tunnel is estimated connecting ISC with filtration pad (FP). Determining FP height in mm, and its acoustic density. If TDM acoustic density is less than 75 %, TDM thickness is less than 0.13 mm, width of more than 1 mm, TDM contact with iris root for ½ or less than its width, ISC height is more than 0.15 mm, hypoechoic tunnel is visualized, FP height is more than 0.3 mm, and AD FP is less than 70 %, then laser reconstruction of AGS zone efficiency is predicted.EFFECT: method enables predicting laser reconstruction of AGS zone effectiveness that provides for laser treatment by indications and increases its effectiveness.1 cl, 2 ex |
