PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building with improved heat insulation, waterproofing, soundproofing, sound insulation, energy conservation, aseismic, and other functions.SOLUTION: It is a conventionally known technique to adopt an optical fiber and a light-introduction device to be formed and installed indoor, for introducing natural light into a building without a window.
