PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image projection device capable of excellently cooling light-source exhaust air and exhausting the light-source exhaust air.SOLUTION: An image projection device includes an air-intake 84 for taking air into a device body, an air exhaust 85 for discharging the air from the inside of the device body, and an air exhaust fan 86 generating a flow of air going from the air-intake 84 to the air exhaust 85. Further, the image projection device includes a light-source exhaust-air duct 99 into which the light-source exhaust air whose temperature is raised by a light source 61 enters and a mixture duct 98 including an inflow port 98a through which a part of low-temperature air which is taken in from the air-intake 84 and is the air whose temperature is lower than that of the light-source exhaust air enters and mixing the light-source exhaust air after entering from the light-source exhaust-air duct 99 with the low-temperature air after entering from the inflow port 98a. It is constituted so that the mixed air discharged from the mixture duct 98 is joined to the air which is taken in from the air-intake 84, but not enters through the inflow port 98a, between the mixture duct 98 and the air exhaust 85. |
