<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roast pork having deliciousness of meat kept by aluminum vacuum package (including soup), having the soup of a seasoning liquid achieving the prevention of release of meat juice by the optimum cooking temperature, enabling the soup to be effectively used as a soup base at each shop, enabling the lump of the meat to be distributed as a semi-processed product (for business), and enabling the roast pork to be seasoned to a taste peculiar to each shop; and to provide a method for producing the roast pork. <P>SOLUTION: The roast pork is produced by inserting soup seasoned so as to have Chinese noodle taste and produced by using the lump of raw pork cut into a prescribed shape, Welsh onion, ginger, tangle, common salt, water and the like to an aluminum pouch, vacuum-sealing the pouch for retorting, sterilizing the sealed pouch by pressurizing and heating by a retort sterilizer, and cooling the sterilized product. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
