Provided in an embodiment of the present invention are a remote direct memory access(RDMA) copy method, device and system. When a computing resource and a storage resource of a computing device are separated, an RDMA copy operation between storage resource nodes or between the storage resource and the computing device is separated, thereby shortening a path traveled by a data stream, saving a link resource, and reducing a data transmission time. The method comprises: a second processing node transmits to a first processing node an RDMA in-memory request message configured to request from the first processing node a target in-memory used for an RDMA write operation; the second processing node receives an RDMA in-memory allocation message from the first processing node; the second processing node packages an RDMA copy operation message; the second processing node transmits the RDMA copy operation message to a second in-memory node, and instructs the second in-memory node to write the data into a storage unit of a first in-memory node.
