PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a coated article by which it is possible, by defoaming and/or degassing a coating using a hollow fiber membrane defoaming apparatus, to form a uniform coating film of good quality in which coating defects are inhibited even in curtain coating, slide coating or slot coating, in spite of a relatively high viscosity as a coating.SOLUTION: Provided are: a method for producing a coated article provided with at least a coating layer on a support, where the method for producing a coated article includes a step for curtain-coating, slide-coating or slot-coating a support with a coating that has a specific viscosity and that has been defoamed and/or degassed using a hollow fiber membrane degassing apparatus; and a coated article provided with at least a coating layer obtained by applying a coating that has a specific viscosity and has little foam or dissolved gas onto a support.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
