PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state battery capable of suppressing reduction of volume energy density or improving the volume energy density while enlarging calorific capacity per unit capacity.SOLUTION: A lithium ion secondary battery comprises a plurality of unit cells each formed from a positive electrode layer including a positive electrode collector and a positive electrode mixture layer, a solid electrolyte layer, and a negative electrode layer including a negative electrode collector and a negative electrode mixture layer. At least one of the positive electrode layer and the negative electrode layer is a one-sided electrode body with which a mixture layer is formed on a surface of at least one of the positive electrode collector and the negative electrode collector. A mixture layer is not formed on the other surface of the collector forming the one-sided electrode body. The one-sided electrode bodies of cells neighboring to each other are disposed in such a manner that the other surfaces of the positive electrode collectors or the negative electrode collectors are opposite to each other. Between the positive electrode collectors or the negative electrode collectors that are disposed oppositely to each other, a high calorific capacity member formed from a material having larger calorific capacity than that of the positive electrode collector or the negative electrode collector is provided, and the electrode calorific capacity is 17.5 [(J/K)/Ah] or more per unit capacity.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
