PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deliverable current prediction device in which the precision of prediction is enhanced by predicting a deliverable current value based on an actual voltage value and a current value of a battery, and to provide a power supply controller. SOLUTION: A voltage value Vb and a current value Ib of a battery 10 are sampled, and voltage/current characteristics are calculated (V=-R×I+V0) based on the sampled voltage value Vb and the current value Ib. A deliverable current value Ic is then predicted (Ic=(Vnow-Vth)/R-Inow) based on the calculated voltage/current characteristics (inclination R and intercept V0). Since the deliverable current value Ic is predicted from the actual voltage value Vb and the current value Ib of the battery 10, the precision of prediction is enhanced. Furthermore, the sampled voltage value Vb and the current value Ib vary depending on connection situations and operational situations of electrical loads 41, 42, 43, 44, and the like, and the variation is reflected on the prediction of the deliverable current value Ic.
