摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent air that has come in a camshaft-side conveying path 36 from entering a lash-adjuster-side conveying path 37 in a lubricating oil-feeding structure provided with the conveying path 36 for showering the lubricating oil on inlet/exhaust camshafts 13, 14, and the conveying path 37 for supplying the lubricating oil to a hydraulic lash-adjuster 18. <P>SOLUTION: The dual-circuit conveying paths 36, 37 are connected in parallel respectively downstream of oil-feeding paths 33L(33R) for sending upward the lubricating oil stored in a lubricating-oil storage 4 of the engine into cylinder heads 2L(2R). The camshaft-side conveying path 36 is of an open structure having discharge ports 41a(42a) of the lubricating oil on the way in the conveyance direction. The lash-adjuster-side conveying path 37 is of a closed structure wherein the midway is closed in the conveyance direction. The connection point of the lash-adjuster-side conveying path 37 relative to the downstream of the upwardly extending oil-feeding paths 33L(33R) is placed further downward in the vertical direction than the connection point of the camshaft-side conveying path 36 relative to the downstream of the oil-feeding paths 33L(33R). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p>
