[PROBLEMS] To provide a fluororesin composite material which can have improved wearing resistance while retaining the nontackiness characteristic of fluororesins; a cooking utensil; and a roller and belt for OA apparatuses. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] The fluororesin composite material comprises a base and a fluororesin layer formed thereon, wherein the fluororesin layer is made of a fluororesin which has been crosslinked by irradiation with electron beams and the base has been machined into a desired shape. The fluororesin is any of PFA, PTFE, and a PFA/PTFE mixture. The fluororesin composite material is obtained by applying an uncrosslinked fluororesin to a base, irradiating the fluororesin with electron beams in a low-oxygen-concentration atmosphere while regulating the temperature of the fluororesin so as to be not lower than the melting point thereof to thereby crosslink the fluororesin, and then machining the base into a desired shape. Also provided are processes for producing the fluororesin composite material, the cooking utensil, and the roller and belt for OA apparatuses.
