In the present invention, a rotation member (38): is interposed between a spindle (13) and a wedge cam (20) that are respectively attached to a sleeve member (22) so as to be movable in the axial direction and unable to rotate relatively; threadably engages with a unidirectional reversible screw of the spindle (13); frictionally engages with a contact surface of the wedge cam (20) by being elastically biased in a direction in which a friction surface is pushed; and is released from the wedge cam (20) and rotates when the spindle (13) moves and returns over at least a predetermined stroke in a drive direction. An adjustment member (23), which is frictionally retained by a friction member (24) on the sleeve member (22), retains a cam rod (21) so that the cam rod can freely move within a predetermined stroke in the axial direction.
