PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cabinet installing stand which is capable of preventing a cabinet from turning over and improving the cabinet in earthquake-resistant properties without increasing its installation space. SOLUTION: Equipment 1 where an electronic apparatus is housed is installed on the stand 2. The stand 2 is equipped with support members 15 and 16 that are fixed to a stationary member orthogonal to each of the internal sides of the equipment 1 to support the equipment 1, and cutouts 13 and 14 which enable the support member 15 or 16 to turn around the other support member 16 or 15 which serve as a pivot B' or B together with the equipment 1.
