PURPOSE: A fixed quantity supply device is provided to prevent the aging of the target transferred object between a valve and a casing. CONSTITUTION: A valve(30) has a pocket(34) in which a target transferred material is introduced. A pair of seat rings(40) is inserted into both sides of the axis direction of a casing(10). A scraper device(70) is formed inside the pocket of the valve. The scraper device drops the target transferred from the pocket. One end of the shaft part(71) is fixed to the casing. An arm part(72) is supported in the body. A scraper part(73) is fixed to the tip of the arm part.
