PURPOSE: Transfer paper for rubber transfer, a method of manufacturing the same, and a release paper for the manufacturing method are provided to remove the need of a transfer layer by forming a coating layer out of silicon and low molecular polywax and to reduce a printing error rate by implementing shape as well as color during an offset printing process. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing transfer paper for rubber transfer comprises the steps of: manufacturing release paper(S400), offset printing on the release paper with offset ink(S402), printing on the release paper in white color(S404), and printing an adhesive on the release paper(S406). A coating layer having first silicon and low molecular polywax is printed on one side of the release paper. A method for manufacturing the release paper comprises the steps of: creating a first solution having first silicon and first xylene, creating a second solution having second silicon and low molecular polywax, creating a coating agent by mixing the first solution and the second solution, and printing a coating agent on raw transfer paper.
