PURPOSE: A removing method of non-condensing gas for a heat blower is provided to improve thermal efficiency by rapidly heat-transferring a heating medium. CONSTITUTION: To make a sealed space with a vacuum condition, a storage safety dust collecting pipe(7) which connects and stores vacuum parts is installed, and stores non-condensing gas and foreign materials. Pressure auto-control safety valves(1) which can discharge the stored non-condensing gas and the foreign materials are connected to both sides of the storage safety dust collecting pipe. The non-condensing gas and the foreign materials are discharged through the pressure auto-control safety valves.
