FISH BREEDING FARM FOR PREVENTING PLEURONECTIFORMES FROM HYPERMELANOSIS

PURPOSE: A cultivation method of the pleuronectiformes is provided, which makes breeding of the pleuronectiformes of the large amount possible by keeping water fresh by discharging residue of fodder and waste of fishes. CONSTITUTION: A cultivation method of the pleuronectiformes is constituted as follows. The fry of the pleuronectiformes is bred in a water tub in which gravel is arranged. The gravel has 3 ~ 10 mm of diameter and 30 ~ 200 mg weight. The gravel is a hard solid selected from a group consisting of feldspar, pyroxene, amphibole, quartz, mica, clam shell, and ceramics. The porosity of gravel is 5 ~ 50 %. The speed of current at the central middle layer of the water tub is 4 ~ 8 cm/s.
