Disclosed in the present invention is an audio data receiving method based on a mobile terminal. The method comprises the following steps: upon entering a short-range RF signal cover range of an audio/video device, establishing a short-range wireless connection between a mobile terminal and the audio/video device; receiving audio data from the audio/video device via the short-distance wireless connection; and performing optimization processing on the audio data and converting the processed audio data into an audio signal output via an earphone connected in a wired manner. Also disclosed in the present invention is an audio data receiving device based on a mobile terminal. The present invention improves a computation speed of receiving and optimization processing, and effectively improves the audio effect for audio data transmitted via a short-range wireless transmission.
