PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice processor or the like which can determine a difficult word on the basis of a reference of a listener to a word included in a speech.SOLUTION: A server 20 includes: a control part 201 which recognizes a voice of a speaker, and makes a terminal of a listener side display a voice content; an acquisition part 202 which acquires reference information for indicating that a word included in the voice content which is displayed at the terminal of the listener side is referred to; a setting part 203 which sets a candidate of a difficult word of a listener out of words included in the voice content according to a frequency of reference which is indicated in the reference information; and a determination part 204 which determines a word corresponding to the candidate of the difficult word as the difficult word when the candidate of the difficult word is included in the voice content.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
