<p>A microwave amplifying circuit (17) is operated for amplification, in order to reduce power consumption and temperature rise, by a power supply voltage V1 synchronized with sampling by a sampling circuit (3) for sampling reception signals received by an antenna (4). In addition, for the purpose of temperature compensation, the reference values of position and strength of a transmission leak signal leaking due to coupling between a transmission circuit (10) and a reception circuit (13) are stored in memory and compared with actually measured position and strength of a transmission leak signal, and correction is made based on the comparison results.</p> |
