A solar cell given in the practice example includes a semiconductor substrate of a first conductive type; an emitter layer which is formed on one side of the semiconductor substrate and has a second conductive type, which is opposite to the first conductive type; and an electrode which includes a first electrode electrically connected to the emitter layer and a second electrode electrically connected to the semiconductor substrate. The emitter layer includes a high-density doping part which is formed adjacent to the first electrode; and a low-density doping part which is formed on the area except the high-density doping part and has greater resistance than the high-density doping part. The high-density doping part includes a first area with a first resistance value and a second area with a second resistance value which is greater than the first resistance value.
