PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a plant for performing the detoxification treatment of incineration ash by that: the incineration ash of garbage and sewage sludge is added with an adsorbent and a flocculant, mixed and agitated; treated matter is separated to a water component and a solid; and the water component is treated by filtration treatment and the solid is immobilized by adding an immobilizing agent.SOLUTION: In a method and a plant for treating the incineration ash of garbage and sewage sludge,: the incineration ash of the garbage and the sewage sludge is added with water and pH adjustment, mixing and agitating are performed after adding an adsorbent and then treated matter is separated and dewatered to a water component and a solid; separated water component is added with a flocculant and pH adjustment, mixing and agitating are performed and then treated matter is separated and dewatered to a water component and a solid; the separated water component is in contact with a filtering agent and filtered; and dewatered solid is added with an immobilizing agent, agitated, kneaded and immobilized. |
