PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active ray-curable composition eliminating a need of separate preparation of each constituent, and having excellent curability and storage stability.SOLUTION: An active ray-curable composition includes a photobase generator, a double bound-containing compound, and a β-dicarbonyl compound. The β-dicarbonyl compound is a metal complex. An preferable embodiment is where the metal complex is a metal acetylacetonate complex, or where the double bound-containing compound is at least one kind selected from a (meth)acrylate compound and a (meth)acrylamide compound.SELECTED DRAWING: None
