Provided are: a flow channel unit that can be more easily installed than conventional units and does not require surface treatment of flow channels; and a culturing device using the same. The flow channel unit of the present invention comprises: a tube flow channel through which a fluid passes, a flow channel base which supports the tube flow channel; a flow control mechanism which, with the flow channel base, sandwiches the tube flow channel, and controls the flow of the fluid; and a positioning mechanism that positions the flow channel base. With the positioning mechanism, the flow channel base is positioned between an open position which opens the tube flow channel between the flow channel base and the flow control mechanism, and a fixed position which sandwiches the tube flow channel with the flow control mechanism. |
