PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide combination therapies employing GITR binding molecules.SOLUTION: The present invention is based, at least in part, on the discovery that combination therapies employing a GITR binding molecule, e.g., an anti-GITR antibody, and at least one additional agent which is not a GITR binding molecule, e.g., a chemotherapeutic agent, are more effective at treating and/or preventing cancer and/or reducing the size of certain tumors than the administration of agents without a GITR binding molecule.
