PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pencil case that is simply structured but hardly breakable and that has a lock mechanism reliable for a long time.SOLUTION: The pencil case includes: a storage part that is open on top; a lid part that is pivotably combined in one side with the storage part and that opens and closes relative to the storage part; and a lock part for the purpose of prohibiting the lid part from opening. The lock part is characterized in that it is composed of: a lock plate which is combined with the other side oppositely facing one side of the lid part rotatably with the other side as an axis of rotation; first lock plate fixing means which is provided for the purpose of fixing the lock plate to the side face of the storage part; and second lock plate fixing means which is provided for the purpose of fixing the lock plate to the upper face of the lid part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
