PURPOSE: A scraper is provided to prevent the generation of crack after curing mortar, to trim to make the surface smooth. CONSTITUTION: The production method of a scraper has the steps of: arranging a power generating apparatus(10) at the other side of a frame(50) having a handle(52) at one side; establishing a vibrator(20) at the lower face of the power generating apparatus(10); connecting the power generating apparatus(10) and the vibrator(20); establishing a hardening plate(30) at the lower face of the vibrator(20); placing a buffering material(40); installing a belt(22) for connecting the power generating apparatus(10) to a pulley(21) between vibrators(20); equipping a fly wheel(25) at an axle(24) connected to the pulley(21) of the vibrator(20).
