PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic semiconductor material which simplifies the formation of a thin film for use as a semiconductor material and which is excellent in properties, and also to provide an organic semiconductor device using the same, and an organic semiconductor element such as an organic field-effect transistor using the same. SOLUTION: There are provided: an organic semiconductor material comprising a hexa-peri-hexabenzocoronene derivative having a group such as -C<SB>6</SB>H<SB>4</SB>O(-R<SP>4</SP>-O-)nR<SP>3</SP>(R<SP>3</SP>represents an alkyl group, R<SP>4</SP>represents an alkylene group, and n represents 0 or a positive integer); and its manufacturing method.
