PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic semiconductor material which simplifies the formation of a thin film for use as a semiconductor material and which is excellent in properties, and also to provide an organic semiconductor device using the same, and an organic semiconductor element such as an organic field-effect transistor using the same. SOLUTION: There are provided: an organic semiconductor material comprising a hexa-peri-hexabenzocoronene derivative having a group such as -C6H4O(-R4-O-)nR3(R3represents an alkyl group, R4represents an alkylene group, and n represents 0 or a positive integer); and its manufacturing method.
