FIELD: aircraft engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed ornithopter comprises airframe with movable wings, engine, flap wing drive and undercarriage. Every wing consists of a set of flutes spaced apart and jointed together by common frame. Frame flutes are arranged along airframe with their convex side upward.
