Injections containing lipid A analogues or pharmacologically acceptable salts thereof; and a process for the preparation thereof. Specifically, injections prepared by dissolving a lipid A analogue or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof in an aqueous alkaline solution, if necessary, under heating, and adding a buffer to the obtained solution; and a process for the preparation thereof as described above.
