The method involves extracting multiple pharmaceutical units of corresponding pharmaceuticals from a relative packing and detecting a respective pharmaceutical-specific dataset. A partial quantity of the extracted pharmaceutical units is transferred to a metering and packing machine. The metering and packing machine dispenses the pharmaceuticals from multiple specified pharmaceuticals corresponding to a patient-specific medication record (PMD). The metering and packing machine is formed for packing the dispensed pharmaceuticals in plastic bags or blisters. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) a pharmaceuticals repacking system for executing the method; and (2) a computer program product. |
