PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain impact force when pressing a pressing material to a pressing object.SOLUTION: A driving device stores a position where a pressing part contacts with a pressing object, in advance as a contact position, and starts the movement of the pressing part, and gently decelerates the pressing part so that a speed of the pressing part becomes zero in the contact position by controlling the movement of the pressing part on the basis of a thrust control method when determines that the pressing part moves to a predetermined position on the basis of movement amount information or determines as becoming a predetermined speed by shifting the speed of the pressing part, and stops the pressing part after gently accelerating when the pressing part reaches the contact position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
