PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint structure for a wooden member that may enhance strength of a joint of a wooden member that uses a joint metal, by suppressing destruction of the joint.SOLUTION: A joint structure is used with a joint between structural members or between a structural member and a non-structural member of a building, and includes: a rod-form joint metal inserted into a hole or a groove formed in a longer-side direction of a rod-form or plate-form wooden member from an end of the wooden member; a shear key having an end fitted into a hole formed at the center of an edge surface of the wooden member and the other end fitted into a hole formed on an opposite member, while the edge surface of the wooden member is abutted to the opposite member; and an adhesive filled in the hole or the groove into which the joint metal has been inserted. A rod-form part has a constricted part narrower than surrounding parts at a place located at an end of the wooden member. A plurality of joint metals are provided on the joint at symmetrical positions around the shear key at the center, for joining the wooden member with the opposite member leaving a gap in between.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
