SOLUTION: A rotary center shaft of a rotary base 5 matches the center axis of a camera lens at a vertical reference point of a camera 7. A movable stand 3 is provided on a circular support 1 with a scale 2 provided thereto, the camera 7 is installed to the stand, the camera 7 is moved along the circular support 1 up to a position indicated by a view point angle for photographing in advance, the angle for photographing is read in advance from the scale 2 on the support and the camera 7 is fixed at a prescribed position. An object is placed on the rotary base 5 to allow the camera to easily photograph the images at various angles.
