PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a belt conveyance device capable of regulating deviation of a belt with simple configuration and an image formation apparatus having the belt conveyance device.SOLUTION: A rotation member arranged at an end portion of a stretch member is rotatable around a rotation axis tilted with regard to an axis of a stretch member. When a belt end is wrapped around the rotation member, an outer circumference of the rotation member in an area coming into contact with an inner circumference of the belt is tilted with regard to a belt contact surface so that the belt end is wrapped in the outward of an entry position at which the belt end enters the rotation member. |
