PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information storage device in which economical efficiency and miniaturization are improved. SOLUTION: A case has: a movable part 162 which has a part to be engaged with a carriage at one end side, has a first magnetic member 163 at the other end side, and is rotated; and a second magnetic member 172 extended toward a printed circuit board 190 from the inside of the case, the printed circuit board 190 has a plane in almost parallel to a bottom plane of the case, and in which a first control means controlling at least the carriage, a second control means controlling a motor and a coil 174 constituting a magnet in combination with the second magnetic member 17 are arranged according to a bottom shape of the opposing case.
