PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal processing device for an optical disk and a program for controlling the optical disk device in which a level of a DC signal of a binarization circuit can be adjusted to minimize a jitter of the binarization signal. SOLUTION: The signal processing device for the optical disk is provided with a binarization circuit in which an RF (Radio Frequency) signal obtained by photoelectric-converting reflected light of a laser beam radiated to the optical disk is compared with the DC signal and a binarization signal for reproducing information recorded in the optical disk is output, wherein a level of the DC signal is adjusted to minimize the jitter of the binarization signal.
