<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitoring apparatus capable of corresponding to user's input operation for a displayed image through a network camera and a method for controlling the monitoring apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The monitoring apparatus 100 is connected to a camera control apparatus 200 for controlling a camera 300 to control the operation of a monitor 600 for displaying an image photographed by the camera 300. The monitoring apparatus 100 comprises a preset display processing part 118 for receiving an input form preset for a predetermined request from the camera control apparatus 200 when the predetermined request is input from the external, an input form display part 113 for displaying the input form on the monitor 600 together with the image photographed by the camera 300, and an input form operation processing part 120 for executing processing concerned with data for the input form according to the contents of the data and the input form when the data for the input form are input from the external. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
