PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a house information panel capable of indicating that transmission can not be performed before utterance. SOLUTION: The house information panel performs speech-communication with a hallway intercom, and includes a speech communication unit 51 transmitting and receiving voice signals to and from the hallway intercom, a switch 53 switching directions of transmission and reception of the speech communication unit 51, a control unit 54 which controls the switching operation of the switch 53, a sound volume comparison unit 56 comparing speech communication sound volume of the hallway intercom and house information board, and a display unit 60 performing screen display on the basis of an instruction by the control unit 54. The control unit 54 acquires comparison results of the sound volume comparison unit 56, switches the switch 53 so that the hallway intercom or house information panel which has larger utterance sound volume may be a transmission side, and indicates the house information panel is a reception side on the screen of the display unit 60 in such a case.
