A rotor conductor and core coupling structure of a gas turbine starting motor is provided to execute stable driving without a crack of the surface of a rotor and to reduce power loss due to an error in starting energy generating facilities. A gas turbine starting motor includes a stator(4), a rotor, rotor conductors(5), a circular plate-shaped core(6), and a retainer ring(7). The rotor includes a coil. The rotor is mounted on a motor axis(3) to be spaced apart from the stator. The rotor conductors are radially arranged at both front ends of the rotor at equal angles. The core is coupled to the rotor conductors. The retainer ring binds the rotor conductors at an outer diameter. The rotor conductors have a trapezoid-shaped cross section, are coupled to corresponding trapezoid-shaped coupling holes of the core, and disperse centrifugal force which is concentrated on an outer diameter portion of the core to a middle portion in rotating the rotor.
