The present invention relates to a wire fastening device for improvement in terms of assemblability and durability. The present invention includes: a bottom portion having an upper surface portion having a receiving groove; a reel portion inserted into the receiving groove to be able to rotate, a wire being selectively wound around the reel portion during rotation thereof; a housing portion having a fixed partition wall portion having a lower end portion fixed to the receiving groove, an extending portion extending radially inwards along an inner circumference of the fixed partition wall portion to cover the reel portion and having a hollow supporting tube portion at the center thereof, and an elastic blade portion disposed on the extending portion and having a latchet coupling portion formed in the end portion thereof; a lifting and lowering gear portion where a latchet-type gear is disposed to protrude in the inner circumference thereof, single-direction rotation of the latchet-type gear being restricted in the latchet coupling portion and the lifting and lowering gear portion being lifted and lowered based on an external force; and a cover portion coupled with an upper portion of the lifting and lowering gear portion for integral lifting, lowering, and rotation, a lifting and lowering projection portion being disposed to protrude in the lower surface portion and the lifting and lowering projection portion being coupled with the upper surface portion of the reel portion during lowering guided along the supporting tube portion. |
