FLOOR STRUCTURE OF COKE OVEN, RAM SHOE, COKE OVEN HAVING THE STRUCTURE AND THE SHOE, AND METHOD FOR OPERATING THE COKE OVEN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor structure of a coke oven, capable of effectively reducing a load required for pushing coke, even when a controlled state of expansion pressure or smoothness of wall surfaces of the oven is deteriorated. SOLUTION: This floor structure of the coke oven comprises making a cross- sectional shape of a carbonizing chamber of the oven cave partially or wholly below a level of the horizontal plane in a traverse direction of the carbonizing chamber. The pusher ram shoe has such a shape that consists with the cross-sectional shape of the floor of the carbonizing chamber in the transverse direction. The method for operating the coke oven comprises using the above oven and the pusher ram shoe.
