PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold a wiring harness on the side of a vehicle wired to the inside of a seat back to form wiring to electrical equipment installed on a headrest so as to be released in a state of exposing a connector to the outside without providing a special structure for a headrest support. SOLUTION: This holding structure of the wiring harness holds the wiring harness on the side of the vehicle wired to the inside of the seat back 12 in a state of being inserted in an insertion hole 31 in the tubular headrest support 30. The headrest support 30 has an engaging claw 32b to engage and lock a headrest stay 20 in a state of being inserted into the insertion hole 31. The engaging claw 32b freely advances and retreats but is normally energized and projected in the insertion hole 31. A projection 52 in a shape to project to the outside in the radial direction is formed on the wiring harness. The projection 52 makes contact with the engaging claw 32b energized and projected in the insertion hole 31 and avoids the movement of the wiring harness toward the inside of the seat back 12.
